Salary Range: $46,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Inspect incoming goods for damage and report any discrepancies or defects.
• Accurately document all incoming and outgoing shipments using inventory management software.
• Pick and pack outgoing orders according to production schedules and customer specifications.
• Prepare shipping labels and necessary documentation for outgoing freight.
• Load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring safe and efficient handling of materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving environment
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and scanning equipment
• Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry)
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Forklift certification
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Familiarity with customs documentation and international shipping procedures
