Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transition of new products from design to manufacturing, ensuring successful launch.
- Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes for new products, focusing on efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with R&D and Design teams to implement Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
- Specify, procure, and qualify new production equipment, tooling, and fixtures for NPI projects.
- Create and maintain comprehensive manufacturing documentation, including Work Instructions, BOMs, and process flows.
- Conduct process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) to ensure robustness and repeatability of new processes.
- Provide technical support and training to production teams on new products, processes, and equipment.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) or manufacturing engineering within a production environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo) and PDM/PLM systems.
- Experience with process development, validation (e.g., IQ/OQ/PQ), and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong project management and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Experience with advanced automation or robotics integration
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP, Minitab)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
