Salary Range: $56,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an efficient and organized work environment.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, including vendor relations.
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team and various manufacturing departments.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs for the office area, liaising with plant operations.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, record keeping, and employee communications.
  • Implement and maintain efficient document management and filing systems for office records.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, calls, and visitor reception.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proficiency with office management software, including MS Office Suite, and experience with ERP or manufacturing-specific systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with production, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles, budgeting, and administrative support for compliance and safety protocols in a manufacturing context.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite)
  • Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and OSHA compliance
  • Understanding of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) purchasing processes
  • Experience supporting a multi-shift or production environment
