Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams through complex Six Sigma projects.
• Identify and analyze process improvement opportunities using DMAIC methodology.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to reduce defects and waste.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Facilitate root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Champion Six Sigma principles and methodologies throughout the organization.
• Measure, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and sustainability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex process improvement projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis and data-driven problem-solving techniques.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, including Lean Manufacturing, TQM, and SPC.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from a recognized institution.
