Salary Range: $62,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• - Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for manufacturing operations.
• - Reconcile general ledger accounts, including inventory, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• - Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• - Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and payment.
• - Maintain and improve internal controls over financial reporting for manufacturing processes.
• - Participate in inventory valuation and cycle counting procedures.
• - Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for manufacturing costs.
• - Collaborate with production and operations teams to gather financial data and insights.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of inventory costing methods (e.g., FIFO, LIFO, weighted-average).
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with ERP systems common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• - Knowledge of inventory valuation methods (FIFO, LIFO, Weighted Average) and their impact on cost of goods sold.
• - Familiarity with standard costing and variance analysis.
• - Experience with fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules.
