Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies.
- Identify, define, and prioritize process improvement projects aligned with business goals.
- Design and execute complex DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) projects to achieve significant cost savings and quality improvements.
- Utilize advanced statistical tools and data analysis techniques to identify root causes of defects and inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement control plans to sustain process improvements and prevent recurrence of issues.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams and drive consensus on project objectives and solutions.
- Train employees on Six Sigma principles, tools, and techniques.
- Present project findings, results, and recommendations to senior management.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating measurable improvements in quality, cost, and delivery.
- Deep understanding and practical application of advanced statistical tools and methodologies (e.g., DOE, ANOVA, Regression, SPC) relevant to manufacturing processes.
- Experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving root causes of manufacturing defects and inefficiencies using DMAIC or DMADV frameworks.
- Strong leadership and team facilitation skills, with the ability to mentor Green Belts and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in manufacturing operations, including process mapping, value stream analysis, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and change management skills to effectively communicate project findings and drive adoption of solutions across the organization.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
- - Proficiency in advanced statistical software beyond basic Minitab (e.g., JMP, R).
- - Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams on complex projects.
- - Experience in implementing AI/ML solutions for process optimization.
- - Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and optimization.
