Salary Range: $64,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and implement PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) logic for new and existing manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex PLC programs, HMI (Human Machine Interface) issues, and control system failures.
- Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of automated machinery and production lines.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs, electrical schematics, and control system configurations.
- Collaborate with engineers, operators, and maintenance teams to define requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Optimize existing PLC programs and control systems for improved efficiency, reliability, and performance.
- Ensure all programming adheres to industry standards, safety regulations, and company best practices.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting industrial PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi).
- Experience with HMI/SCADA system development, configuration, and integration.
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical control systems, including sensors, motor controls, and VFDs.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and create technical documentation.
- Practical experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with industrial robotics programming or integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
- Proficiency in configuring and integrating industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
- Familiarity with database integration and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Knowledge of industrial networking protocols and cybersecurity best practices.
