Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) strategies.
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for critical manufacturing assets.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for reliability improvement.
- Implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles to maximize asset uptime.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on new equipment specifications for reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for asset performance and maintenance processes.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a reliability engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, and other reliability methodologies.
- Practical experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasonics.
- Proficiency in analyzing maintenance data, calculating reliability metrics, and utilizing CMMS/EAM systems.
- CMRP or CRL certification preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis and predictive modeling
- Experience with Digital Twin or Industrial IoT (IIoT) implementation
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification
