Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and eliminate failure modes.
- Develop, optimize, and implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies for critical manufacturing assets.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Design and execute reliability improvement projects aimed at reducing downtime and increasing asset availability.
- Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance and operations teams on reliability best practices and new technologies.
- Evaluate new equipment specifications and participate in commissioning to ensure maintainability and reliability requirements are met.
- Manage asset integrity programs and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in reliability engineering methodologies (RCM, FMEA, RCA, statistical analysis).
- Strong understanding and practical experience with predictive and condition-based maintenance strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze asset performance data, identify failure patterns, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Experience with CMMS/EAM systems for asset management, planning, and optimization.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, industrial equipment, and control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA).
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement in asset reliability and OEE.
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automation.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Certified Vibration Analyst (e.g., ISO 18436-2 Category II or higher).
- Experience with advanced reliability modeling software (e.g., ReliaSoft, Aspen Mtell).
