Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures to prevent recurrence and improve uptime.
- Develop, optimize, and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) strategies.
- Lead Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) workshops.
- Analyze equipment performance data (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify reliability improvement opportunities.
- Develop and manage condition monitoring programs to detect potential failures and extend asset life.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on asset design, selection, and life cycle cost optimization.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3-5+ years of dedicated reliability engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and other reliability methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
- Strong analytical skills for reliability data (e.g., Weibull analysis, MTBF, MTTR) and familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI) for predictive maintenance.
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with major CMMS/EAM systems such as SAP PM or Maximo.
