Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures to prevent recurrence and improve uptime.
• Develop, optimize, and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) strategies.
• Lead Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) workshops.
• Analyze equipment performance data (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify reliability improvement opportunities.
• Develop and manage condition monitoring programs to detect potential failures and extend asset life.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on asset design, selection, and life cycle cost optimization.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3-5+ years of dedicated reliability engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and other reliability methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
• Strong analytical skills for reliability data (e.g., Weibull analysis, MTBF, MTTR) and familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI) for predictive maintenance.
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with major CMMS/EAM systems such as SAP PM or Maximo.
