Salary Range: $43,000 - $63,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damage.
• Accurately document and record all incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and staging for carrier pickup.
• Maintain organized and clean receiving and shipping areas.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure timely material flow.
• Generate shipping labels and bills of lading.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with inventory management software or ERP systems.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (e.g., up to 50 lbs) regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and verifying shipments.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Forklift certification
• Experience with inventory management software
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Familiarity with shipping carrier portals (e.g., UPS, FedEx)
