Salary Range: $105,000 - $153,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the end-to-end flow of value from raw materials to customer delivery.
• Identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies throughout the value stream.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing).
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and problem-solving across all functional areas within the value stream.
• Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal performance.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and communication to support value stream objectives.
• Implement and sustain visual management systems to enhance transparency and control.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Demonstrated success in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing value streams to improve flow, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with all levels of the organization.

• - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• - Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT)
• - Proven track record in implementing successful change management initiatives
• - Familiarity with supply chain optimization strategies beyond the immediate value stream
