Salary Range: $109,000 - $158,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the entire value stream from raw material intake to finished product delivery.
• Identify and eliminate waste and non-value-adding activities within the manufacturing process.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve flow, reduce lead times, and increase throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, quality, supply chain) to achieve value stream goals.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream, driving continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain Lean manufacturing principles and tools throughout the value stream.
• Manage resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure efficient value stream operations.
• Champion a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement within the value stream.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, SMED).
• Demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating waste within manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose process inefficiencies and implement solutions.
• Experience in cross-functional team leadership and driving collaborative improvement initiatives.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic value stream mapping and improvement plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• - Experience with advanced analytics and AI applications in manufacturing
• - Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their implementation
• - Proven track record in new product introduction (NPI) process optimization
• - Experience with supply chain resilience strategies and risk management
