Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Document all validation activities, including deviations and change controls.
• Analyze validation data and prepare comprehensive validation reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, GMP).
• Identify and troubleshoot validation-related issues.
• Participate in the design and qualification of new manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain validation documentation and ensure its readiness for audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance).

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical) or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in developing, executing, and documenting validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Experience with validation of manufacturing equipment, processes, and computer systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods for validation reporting.
• Excellent technical writing skills for protocol and report generation.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) methodologies.
• - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.
• - Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or similar quality systems.
• - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization software (e.g., Minitab, Tableau).
