Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout and storage strategies to optimize space utilization and workflow.
- Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and performance standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and perpetual inventory systems, minimizing discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce strict safety procedures and regulations to ensure a secure and accident-free working environment.
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and repair schedules, ensuring operational readiness.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment.
- Monitor and control warehouse operating costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and developing warehouse staff.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and their application in warehouse optimization.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- - Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
