Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage and develop warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety.
• Maintain a safe and secure warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and manage warehouse budget, including labor, supplies, and equipment costs.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Implement and utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for efficient tracking and reporting.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including WMS (Warehouse Management System) implementation and optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop warehouse staff.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• - Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CLTD).
• - Familiarity with RFID technology and automated warehouse systems.
• - Proven ability to develop and mentor a high-performing warehouse team.
