Salary Range: $66,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel, covering safety, operational procedures, quality standards, and new equipment.
• Assess training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analyses, and feedback from production supervisors.
• Design and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, hands-on exercises, and e-learning modules.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through post-training assessments, performance monitoring, and feedback mechanisms.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company training requirements.
• Identify and onboard external training resources or subject matter experts when internal expertise is limited.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the manufacturing environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Experience with adult learning theories and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training software.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and training.
• - Certification in adult education or instructional design.
• - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting.
• - Experience in developing and delivering e-learning modules.
