Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and implement strategies to minimize discrepancies and obsolescence.
• Ensure efficient layout and organization of the warehouse to optimize space utilization and workflow.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain a safe working environment.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations, conduct regular safety audits, and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety standards.
• Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and shelving, ensuring proper functioning and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure timely and accurate material flow and fulfillment of production schedules.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with inventory management systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize warehouse efficiency.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• - Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM).
• - Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies (e.g., AGVs, AS/RS).
• - Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and manage third-party logistics providers.
