Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to optimize space utilization and productivity.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and perpetual inventory systems.
• Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure warehouse.
• Manage warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring proper maintenance and operation.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and efficiency.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• - Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM)
• - Proficiency in warehouse management system (WMS) implementation or advanced configuration
• - Experience with automated warehousing systems (e.g., AS/RS, AGVs)
