Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies to maintain accurate stock records.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing carrying costs.
• Oversee regular cycle counts and full physical inventories, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to track inventory movement, manage stock locations, and generate reports.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehousing teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Implement strategies to minimize obsolete, slow-moving, and damaged inventory.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory control or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced inventory management software.
• In-depth understanding of inventory management principles, including forecasting, demand planning, cycle counting, and optimization strategies.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team to achieve inventory accuracy and efficiency goals.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent process improvement experience.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools or business intelligence (BI) platforms.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Experience with automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) or warehouse robotics.
