Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of inventory records through cycle counting, physical inventories, and reconciliation.
• Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while preventing production stockouts.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust inventory control policies and procedures.
• Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies, root causes, and areas for process improvement.
• Manage and maintain the integrity of inventory data within the ERP/MRP system.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in inventory control or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for inventory planning and tracking.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, forecasting methodologies, and warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to analyze inventory data, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
• Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or SQL for complex data analysis.
• APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) certification.
• Experience with WMS or ERP system implementation and optimization projects.
