Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and proactively identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed product quotations and proposals to customers.
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts to drive repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize CRM to accurately track sales activities, manage pipeline, and update customer data.
- Provide product information, technical specifications, and application support to customers.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone presence.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product information relevant to manufacturing.

- Familiarity with common manufacturing processes or industrial components.
- Experience working with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order management or quoting.
- Ability to interpret basic technical drawings or product specifications.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
