Salary Range: $52,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Holland that are seeking Bookkeepers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collection activities.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and journal entries.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience with double-entry bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Demonstrated ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation methods specific to manufacturing.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and report generation.
