Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
  • Process payroll, ensuring accurate calculations and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, preparing financial reports as needed.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital records for financial transactions and office documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling and correspondence.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience managing office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
  • Experience with payroll processing and related tax filings.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Familiarity with inventory management principles
  • Experience with payroll processing software (e.g., ADP, Paychex)
