Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train assembly line personnel.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Maintain quality control standards and address any deviations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process issues.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
• Optimize workflow and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Proficiency in using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) to support a diverse workforce.
