Salary Range: $101,000 - $148,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Walker that are seeking Value Stream Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Define and optimize value streams to improve flow, reduce lead times, and enhance quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives within the value stream.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track value stream performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the value stream, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Foster a culture of problem-solving and continuous learning throughout the value stream.
• Manage resource allocation and budget for the value stream to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with product development and sales to ensure customer requirements are met within the value stream.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and value stream mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Experience with change management methodologies.
• Familiarity with digital manufacturing tools and Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach teams in continuous improvement.
