Value Stream Manager | Holt, MI

Salary Range: $105,000 - $152,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Holt seeking Value Stream Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and optimize value streams to improve flow and eliminate waste.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for value stream effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving within the value stream.
• Manage resource allocation and budget for assigned value streams.
• Identify and implement technological solutions to enhance value stream performance.
• Collaborate with supply chain and sales to ensure alignment with customer demand.
• Mentor and develop team members in lean methodologies and operational excellence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing methodologies and tools (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
