Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with multiple companies in Charlotte seeking experienced Training Manager / Coordinators. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
- Coordinate external training providers and manage training schedules.
- Assess training needs and develop relevant curricula for shop floor employees.
- Maintain accurate training records and track employee certifications.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.
- Manage the training budget and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective training programs for diverse audiences (e.g., shop floor, engineers, management).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
