Training Manager / Coordinator | Walker, MI

Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Walker that are seeking Training Manager / Coordinators. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate external training providers and manage training schedules.
• Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve program content.
• Onboard new employees with safety and process training.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to conduct training needs assessments and develop effective training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various training methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
