Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Allegan seeking Supply Chain Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting processes to align production with customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, leveraging technology and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards throughout the supply chain.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels and reducing costs
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their application in supply chain processes
• Experience with demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP processes
• Lean Six Sigma certification or demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin
• Experience with AI-powered supply chain tools or predictive analytics
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
