Salary Range: $61,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise tool room staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and calibration of tools and equipment.
• Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards within the tool room.
• Coordinate with production departments to ensure timely availability of tools and minimize downtime.
• Develop and optimize tool room processes for efficiency and cost reduction.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a tool room or related manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tool fabrication, and repair.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex tooling issues.
