Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Grand Haven region seeking Training Manager / Coordinators. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate external training vendors and manage training schedules.
• Maintain accurate training records and employee certification documentation.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps within production teams.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve program content and delivery.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) for course assignments and tracking.
• Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and job aids.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs (e.g., safety, quality, technical skills).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
