Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency and space utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to meet operational goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to implement and optimize inventory control systems (e.g., WMS, ERP)
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols for warehouse operations
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing a team of warehouse personnel
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) beyond basic functionality.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage automation technologies (e.g., AS/RS, robotics).
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in languages common among the workforce.
