Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Charlotte seeking Warehouse Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Manage inventory control processes, conduct regular cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate material flow.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or operations within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with Inventory Management Systems (IMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse personnel
• Strong understanding of safety regulations (OSHA) and quality control standards in a manufacturing setting

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated warehouse systems (AS/RS, AGVs).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like SAP EWM or Oracle WMS Cloud.
• Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages.
