Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Hart that are seeking skilled Working Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of production line personnel.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material flow to production lines.
• Prepare daily production reports and communicate operational status to management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing experience with 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and mentor team members.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with all levels.
