Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily production activities to meet output targets.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on job performance and safety protocols.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions for non-conforming materials.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, including output, scrap, and attendance.
• Collaborate with management to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members on production processes and safety protocols
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and production schedules
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve production issues efficiently
• Basic computer literacy for data entry, reporting, and using manufacturing software
