Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize advanced X-Ray and CT inspection techniques for complex industrial components.
- Analyze intricate scan data, providing detailed dimensional metrology and defect analysis reports.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to push the boundaries of NDT applications.
- Provide expert technical support to clients and assist in developing custom inspection solutions.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and calibration of high-resolution NDT equipment.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and best practices within the lab.
Recommended Qualifications:
- ASNT NDT Level II certification in Radiographic Testing (RT) and/or Computed Tomography (CT) with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Expert-level proficiency with a wide range of industrial X-Ray and CT hardware and software platforms.
- Strong background in metrology principles and dimensional analysis from CT data.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage projects, and communicate complex technical information effectively.
- Commitment to relocating to Michigan for a challenging and rewarding career.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASNT NDT Level III certification.
- Experience with reverse engineering using CT data.
- Knowledge of GDT&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Prior experience in an R&D or advanced applications role within NDT.
