Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet output targets.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead, mentor, and manage production staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage production budget, raw materials, and finished goods inventory.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, supply chain) for seamless operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding and application of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 technologies
