Salary Range: $136,000 - $187,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall plant operations, production schedules, and resource allocation to meet output targets.
- Develop and manage the plant's operational budget, ensuring cost-effective production and financial performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop plant personnel, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee maintenance and reliability programs for all plant equipment and infrastructure.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize production processes and achieve long-term plant objectives.
Recommended Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, including P&L responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive operational efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and EHS regulations.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Experience leading the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT).
- MBA or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related business field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Multi-site or international operational leadership experience.
