Salary Range: $105,000 - $153,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Define and optimize value streams to improve flow, reduce lead times, and eliminate waste.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement lean principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track value stream performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.
• Champion a culture of problem-solving and proactive decision-making within the value stream.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure efficient production and delivery.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization to achieve shared goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and their application (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
