Salary Range: $103,000 - $150,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end value stream performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize material flow, reduce waste, and improve lead times.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve targets for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities within the value stream.
• Manage resource allocation and budget for the value stream, ensuring efficient utilization and adherence to financial targets.
• Champion the development and execution of the value stream's future state vision and roadmap.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience implementing and sustaining Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
