Salary Range: $104,000 - $151,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across DeWitt seeking Value Stream Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end value stream performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and lean manufacturing goals.
• Develop and implement value stream maps to identify and eliminate waste, improving efficiency and flow.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain to optimize product realization and delivery.
• Foster a culture of problem-solving and proactive engagement in process optimization.
• Manage resource allocation and budget for assigned value streams.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and their practical application (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced analytics tools for process optimization (e.g., Python, R, Minitab).
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members in Lean methodologies.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing.
