Salary Range: $101,000 - $148,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Define and optimize end-to-end value streams to eliminate waste and improve flow.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets within the value stream.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on value stream performance.
• Manage resource allocation and budget for the assigned value stream.
• Drive problem-solving activities using structured methodologies to address root causes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Experience with simulation software for process modeling
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach teams in continuous improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing
• Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency with statistical software
