Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Spring Lake that are seeking Warehouse Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Manage and develop a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality departments to streamline material flow and meet operational goals.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and reduce costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control systems and optimize warehouse layout and processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and developing a diverse workforce.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift certification or experience operating other material handling equipment.
