Salary Range: $74,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Analyze test data, identify trends, and report defects to development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and strategies.
• Perform root cause analysis of failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Configure and troubleshoot test equipment and fixtures.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in developing, executing, and documenting test plans and procedures for electromechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of data acquisition, analysis, and statistical process control (SPC) methods.
• Experience with programming languages like Python, C++, or LabVIEW for test automation and scripting.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
