Salary Range: $78,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• Develop and implement automated test scripts for efficiency and repeatability.
• Analyze test data, identify root causes of failures, and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to integrate testing into the product lifecycle.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Document test procedures, results, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
• Participate in design reviews to provide testing expertise and ensure testability of new products.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for test automation.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or other lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, R) for interpreting test results.
• Knowledge of hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing or simulation environments.
• Experience with vision systems or other automated inspection technologies.
