Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Grand Rapids that are seeking skilled Training Manager / Coordinators. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate and schedule all internal and external training sessions.
• Maintain accurate training records and employee certifications.
• Assess training needs through collaboration with department managers.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.
• Manage the training budget and external vendor relationships.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in training development and delivery within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs for diverse learning styles.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
