Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Optimize inventory control processes to minimize discrepancies and maximize space utilization.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment.
• Implement and maintain safety programs and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
• Manage the maintenance and procurement of warehouse equipment and machinery.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse personnel.
• Strong understanding and application of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification for General Industry.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like SAP EWM or Oracle WMS Cloud.
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD).
• Proven ability to implement and manage automation technologies (e.g., AS/RS, robotics).
