Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Delta Township seeking Working Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train production line staff on manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
• Monitor production schedules and workflow to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions and production issues.
• Maintain quality control standards by conducting regular inspections of products and processes.
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and achieve production targets.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
• Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• Proven ability to train and mentor new team members
• Forklift certification or experience operating similar heavy machinery
