Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Design and procure production tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Analyze production data to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to support new product introduction (NPI).
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities in manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process optimization, layout design, and equipment selection within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with automation, robotics, and PLC systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with specific CAD/CAM/CAE software packages (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam)
• Experience with robotic automation, vision systems, or PLC programming
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Siemens Opcenter)
